The Worshipful Master has invited Brother Teddy D. Sizemore, P.M., of Friendship Lodge No. 663, and P.D.D.G.M. of the 42nd<\/sup> Masonic District, to offer a presentation titled \u201cBlackberries, Apples and Other Fruit.\u201d Refreshments will be the traditional cherry pie and ice cream.<\/p>\n

A Sectional Meeting of the School of Instruction for Region 2 will be held at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at the Masonic Temple, 2701 North Third Street, Harrisburg, Pa.\u00a0 Registration begins at 7:30 A.M. All Lodge Officers, Floor Workers, School Officers and Instructors are expected to attend this most important of all Ritualistic functions.\u00a0 All Master Masons are welcome to attend.\u00a0 The schedule for the day has been modified to have all the work conclude by lunch, therefore no lunch arrangements have been made<\/p>\n

143rd Anniversary Banquet of Robert Burns Lodge No. 464<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The one hundred forty-third Anniversary Banquet of Robert Burns Lodge No. 464, F & A M will be celebrated with a table lodge in the Ballroom of the Harrisburg Consistory Building, 2701 North Third Street, Harrisburg, Pa on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Further information regarding the Banquet is enclosed in your lodge notice.\u00a0 Please act promptly in making your reservations, not only for yourself but for your Masonic Friends in other Lodges as well.\u00a0 You will not want to miss out on this evening of Masonic Fellowship.<\/p>\n

This year, members helping with Banquet set up will meet for breakfast, at 8 a.m., at the Front Street Diner, just north of Interstate 81 in Harrisburg.\u00a0 At 9 a.m., members will then meet in the Consistory Ballroom to set up.\u00a0 Please contact the Secretary at secretary@robertburns464.org<\/a><\/span> if you are able to assist with set up.<\/p>\n

2013 Spring session of the Academy of Masonic Knowledge<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The 2013 Spring session of the Academy of Masonic Knowledge will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, in the Deike Auditorium of the Masonic Cultural Center on the campus of the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, PA. Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. with the program beginning at 9:30 a.m. A lunch (voluntary contribution) will be served at noon, and the program will be completed by 3:00 p.m. All Masons are welcome to attend. Dress is coat and tie. In addition to Brother Alexandre Cleven, Past Grand Master of Belgium, speaking on Freemasonry in Belgium, a large portion of the program will be devoted to orienting new Masons to the Craft in Pennsylvania with a Question and Answer period available for both presentations. Both sessions will be worthwhile to more tenured Masons.<\/p>\n

Preregistration is required to ensure an adequate lunch count. Please RSVP your attendance to: AMKSecretary@pagrandlodge.org. A cost is involved with your reservation so please cancel if you find you cannot attend after having registered.<\/p>\n

If you are not a 50 year member or a Life Member, your 2013 dues need to be paid now.\u00a0 Your prompt attention to the payment of your dues is always appreciated. Those Members who have not yet paid dues by the April Stated Meeting may be Suspended for Non-Payment of Dues.<\/p>\n
