Stated Meeting

 

A Stated Meeting of Robert Burns Lodge No. 464, Free and Accepted Masons, will be held in the Masonic Temple, 2701 North Third Street, Harrisburg, Pa on, Thursday Evening, December 18th, 2013 at 7:00 P.M.

Action will be had on one petitions for initiation and membership.

Program for December

 

In the Tradition of Robert Burns Lodge, the Annual Feast will be held on the lower level beginning at 5:45 p.m. for all members of Robert Burns. If you are planning to attend the dinner, please make reservations by contacting the Secretary by December 14.

The Lodge Meeting in the Blue Room of the Temple will be devoted to the annual election of officers to serve the Lodge for the 2015 Masonic Year, beginning on St. John’s Day next. Immediately following the election, the new officers will be installed.

Plan on attending to celebrate the Holiday Season with your Brethren and to take part in the election of your Lodge Officers

Extra Meetings of Robert Burns Lodge No. 464, Free and Accepted Masons, for conferring degrees will be held in the Masonic Temple, 2701 North Third Street, Harrisburg, Pa on,

Monday December 22, 2013 at 7:00 P.M.

The Entered Apprentice Masons Degree will be conferred upon one candidate.

Annual Dues

In October, the annual dues notices announcement was mailed to all members. At that time, all Life Members and 50-Year Members were mailed their dues cards for 2015, and should not have received a dues notice letter. Please inform the Secretary if you do not receive the correct mailing. Dues for 2015 dues will be $80.00, and should be paid by check or money order made payable to “Robert Burns Lodge No. 464,” and mailed to the Secretary’s address on the back of this notice.

Check Your Calendars Now

Robert Burns Lodge will hold its annual Masonic Matinee on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Theatre Harrisburg, 513 Hurlock St. Doors open at noon with heavy Hors d’oeuvres being served. The show, which begins at 1 p.m., is “I Do! I Do!,” and will feature light refreshments during the intermission. This special event is open to all Brother Masons, their Ladies and any non-Masonic friends who may wish to attend. Tickets are $30 per person, sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be obtained from Brother Michael P. McGinnis, P.M.
